Jose Enrique S. Garcia III (born November 12, 1971) is a Filipino politician from Bataan. He is the current Representative of Bataan's 2nd District. In this capacity, he serves as Assistant Majority Leader, Vice Chairman - Committee on Health, Vice Chairman - Committee on Energy, and Member – Committee on Appropriations, Basic Education and Culture, Economic Affairs, Higher and Technical Education, Housing And Urban Development, Information and Communications Technology, Small Business & Entrepreneurship Development, Tourism, Trade and Industry, Ways and Means. Jose Enrique S. Garcia III is a former Mayor of the City of Balanga (2007 to 2016). He represents the National Unity Party. National Unity Party (NUP) is a political party in the Philippines. He is the world's first politician to adopt the Tobacco Free Generation 2000 phenomena and guided the formation of the world's first Tobacco Free Generation Ordinance. He is a graduate from the John Hopkins School of Public Health.
