Veolia’s shareholding arrangement with Ceracure represents an important pillar of the Company’s new vision, that of enhancing the environmental solutions for the delivery of highly efficient, low carbon footprint treatment technologies in the Southern African region. With five specialist business units, Engineering & Procurement for large projects, Water Technologies, Services and Consumables, Onsite Services, Waste-Handling and Energy Solutions, Veolia offers the widest range of services from designing and commissioning of plants to managing maintenance and operational contracts, as well as refurbishments and outsourcing of both industrial and municipal plants.
