Antonie Delport is the current Head of South Africa & Strategic Partnerships (Africa and Middle East) for Syngenta. He holds an honours degree in Agronomy from the University of the Free State. He was appointed as the National Sales Manager for Zeneca Agrochemicals in 2000, and later as the National Business Manager for Syngenta South Africa soon after the company was formed. He became the Country Head of the South Africa in 2004.
