After graduating from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering: Civil Engineering (Cum Laude), Bongani Dladla went on to obtain his Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Engineering for Sustainable Development at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. In his career as a civil engineer, Mr. Dladla has dedicated himself to the construction industry, learning the construction business from the ground up. He is a recognized leader, with broad experience in managing complex programmes, Public Sector procurement and Digital Innovation. He is dedicated to creating an environment of accountability, transparency, and consensus-building. One of his most treasured pastimes is meeting people with good ideas and exploring how to put them into practice.
