Kgampi has over 20 years’ experience in food industry and agriculture sector. He has been with IDC for over 13 years during which he held various senior management role In Agriculture and agro-processing, workout and restructuring. He spent 7 years as Regional Manager in Limpopo during which he helped built a portfolio of more than R12 billion.
He successfully led the pro-active initiation, negotiation and conclusion of the recently launched R1BN Agri Industrial Fund between the IDC and DALRRD which in now being adopted as a blueprint for blended finance to be rolled out with other financial institutions. He is currently the Head of Agriculture and Agro- processing
He holds Executive Development programme (GIBS) MBA in strategic management (Milpark), Msc Food Science and Technology (Ghent, Belgium), BAgric Hons Food processing (UP) and B Agric mngt (Univ of Limpopo)
