Brief Biography for NOEL Mashayamombe: Kansai Plascon Head of Technology
Noel is Head of Technology for Kansai Plascon with twenty-four years of experience working in the Paint industry. His career in coatings began atAstra Paints as a cadet chemist and he rose through the ranks to the position of Technical & Production Manager.
Joining Kansai Plascon as Senior Projects Manager, he was then appointed Senior Development Manager before assuming his current position. He has been part of the team that has developed new products as well as introducing innovative technologies to existing Kansai Plascon product ranges, in the last twelve years.
At present, Noel’sfocus is new product development and technology innovations for the Plascon Decorative & Professional coatings segment. In his spare time he likes doing things that shifts his focus away from his day to day job, such as home DIY, watching sport or travelling.
